I hope you’ve been enjoying the new year so far! I’ve been busy making changes and setting goals for 2021 and want to keep you in the loop.

30 minute integrative sessions are now available! These sessions are ideal for those in need of very specific work, such as only addressing a recent surgery or injury, and for those with conditions that prevent them from laying comfortably for extended periods of time.

As of next month, prices will be increasing slightly, but don’t worry, this will allow for discounts and specials I was not previously able to offer. The new prices can be seen at greenemassageandbodywork.com but will not be official until February. I am hopeful that this change will facilitate moving to a more convenient location by spring of 2022.

In order to keep massage therapy as affordable and accessible as possible, I am looking into billing insurance. FSA and HSA cards will still be accepted, but check with your insurance provider to see if you’re covered for physician prescribed massage therapy.
